TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These are the terms and conditions for website design and web services. The terms and conditions apply to all the contracts and works undertaken by [Sender Company] for its clients.

1. PAYMENT.

(a) All payments shall be made in USD.

3. LICENSE AND APPROVALS.

4. APPROVAL OF WORK.

(b) If no feedback is received within this period, the work will be deemed accepted.

(c) Minor change requests within the review period will be addressed promptly at no additional cost, provided they fall within the agreed scope.

(e) Once the work is approved or deemed approved, [Client Company] cannot reject it, and any outstanding payments related to that milestone or deliverable will become due immediately.
